1. How quickly are the orders processed?
Subjected to stock availability, orders made before mid day are dispatched within the next 2 working days.
2. What are the delivery fees applied?
Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout. Enjoy a complimentary delivery on us for checkouts above SGD100!
If you'd like to receive your products sooner than the standard delivery times, please select Next-Day Delivery. There will be an additional transportation fee to it (based on your cart value), but we will make sure you receive them well!
3. Do you ship internationally?
For order fulfilments to countries out of Singapore, please get in touch with us directly at hello@convenience-247.com or drop us a Whatsapp text at +65 8915 4430. We will be more than happy to offer you with the help you'd need to get these orders.
4. What is your return policy?
Almost certainly, our products arrive to our customers in pristine and original conditions, just as you'd expect. Hence, it is highly unlikely your products show up damaged or flawed. But in an unfortunate event that it does happen, please let us know within 24 hours; we will assess and remedy it accordingly.
If you are returning your order(s) for any other reason, please send the return request over to us at hello@convenience-247.com stating the reason for the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Purchases raised for return request will need to be in their original packaging, and transportation fees will apply.
